Section 1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“Client”) and NomadVista Tours (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the nomadvistatours.com website and the hotels.nomadvistatours.com subdomain.

Section 2. Booking & Payments

• Payment Policy: Full payment is generally required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. For specific tour packages, NomadVista Tours reserves the right to accept a partial deposit as defined at checkout.
• Currency: All payments are processed in the currency specified at checkout.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, Paystack, Cash, and Direct Bank Transfer.

Section 3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Tour Cancellations: You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• Hotel Cancellations: Policies for hotel bookings are determined by the specific hotel partner. Please review the cancellation policy presented at the time of booking on hotels.nomadvistatours.com. Wherever a partner policy conflicts with ours, the partner’s specific policy takes precedence.

Section 4. Third-Party Services (Hotels)

NomadVista Tours acts as an agent for third-party hotels listed on our subdomain. We do not own or manage these properties. Therefore:

• We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers.
• We are not liable for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

Section 5. User Responsibilities

• Documents: You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and health vaccinations required for entry into Ghana or other destinations.
• Insurance: We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
• Conduct: You agree to behave responsibly. We reserve the right to cancel your tour without refund if your behavior is deemed dangerous, illegal, or disruptive to other guests.

Section 6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NomadVista Tours shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the service.

Section 7. Age Restriction

Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to book or participate in tours unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Section 8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Ghana. You consent that the courts of Ghana shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute that may arise.
